Leave with implementation key insights for fleet electrification, micro-hub site selection, LEZ compliance across Europe, and route optimization ROI analysis.

Hear from the logistics director who electrified x vehicles (including the mistakes), the city planner who secured political buy-in for freight infrastructure, and the e-commerce manager who cut last-mile costs by x% in 12 months.

Connect with directors who approve budgets, city officials who write regulations, and founders who move fast. Curated introductions, small-group discussions, and an evening reception designed for substantive conversations.

EU emissions rules tighten in 2025-2027. Non-compliance costs more than registration. Get clarity on LEZ expansions, Euro 7 standards, and incentive programs you’re eligible for.

I found the event relevant to my work, especially the sessions on mobility and data, and I appreciated the practical use cases and insights into how mobility is discussed in cities. The speakers and networking were excellent, and while I valued the presentations overall, I would suggest hosting both days at the same venue next time. Liked the National Library more because it was a cool environment.

The event was very useful, particularly the cooperation-focused discussions, and I rated the speakers and overall organization as excellent. I was very satisfied with the venue, appreciated the networking opportunities most.

I had a great time in sessions, speakers and networking were all spot on. Organization and venue did the job, no complaints there. My only ask? I we’re kicking off at 8am, a croissant would help, especially since the good pastries only showed up at the 10am coffee break.

The event is valuable overall and I am satisfied especially with the topics, networking opportunities, and how well everything was organized. The speakers were good, though there’s still some room to make them more impactful. What stood out most to me were the practical, real world examples particularly insights coming from Europe.

I chose to attend effistride’s Navigate Mobility conference because of its diverse topics and participants. It’s a great forum for sharing ideas across the mobility space. The networking has been especially valuable, and the quality of discussions is high.

No. This is a professional summit designed around peer learning, instead of a large traditional exhibition. That said, we do offer a limited number of curated booth spaces for select partners. These are integrated into the experience alongside speaking sessions, workshops, and structured networking. Therefore, engagement is more focused and relevant than a typical expo floor.

If you’re interested in having a presence, we’d be happy to explore what that could look like.

We designed one intensive day intentionally based on feedback from logistics professionals:

– Easier to justify time away from operations
– Lower attendance costs (fly in morning, fly out next day)
– Higher concentration of value (no filler content)
– Evening reception extends networking into informal setting

Many three-day conferences have half-empty rooms by day three. We’d rather have 100% engagement for one full day. That said, many attendees could consider staing an extra day to explore Prague or extend networking conversations.

Public sector pricing applies to:

– Government employees (city, regional, national level)
– Public universities and research institutes
– Publicly-funded transport authorities
– Registered non-profit organizations focused on urban planning, environment, or transportation

You may be asked to provide proof of employment (email domain, employee ID, or letter from employer). Commercial entities (logistics companies, e-commerce, technology providers, consultancies) pay commercial rates.

You can transfer your ticket to a colleague anytime (no fee). Cancellations: full refund until June 30, 2026; 50% until August 31, 2026.
